How should I prepare for my first session?
Make sure you scan your body for any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual blockages you feel you may have. Â Just be open and ready to receive healing love!
What should I expect from my first session?
Everyone is different.  The more open you are, the more healing you will receive.  All clients afterwards at the very least feel calm, peaceful and connected to their bodies.  Some clients have emotional releases, complete physical healing of ailments, and spirit guides and answers come in.
What is Reiki?
A Japanese energy healing technique whereby "universal life energy" flows through the practitioner's hands for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.
How do I order Wisdom of the Earth Essential Oils?
Because WOTE essential oils are pure medicinal grade, you need to order through Kelsey Deanne to make sure you are educated in the oils' proper usage, care and treatment.
